01The Miami center

A place to practice.
A place to build.

The NeuroNEC Innovation & Simulation Center is a planned hub for brain and spine surgical simulation, professional education, technology demonstrations and applied R&D.

It is not a clinical center. No consultations, treatments or patient care will take place in Miami. The site and opening date are still being finalized.

03About NeuroNEC

Founded in San Marino.
Building in Miami.

NeuroNEC is a high-tech startup based in the Republic of San Marino, founded by neurosurgeon Dr. François Lechanoine. Operated by NEC S.r.l., it connects brain and spine surgery, surgical education, simulation and medical technology development.

Our clinical activity takes place in Europe. That experience informs the questions we explore through the Academy, collaborative R&D and digital tools: how surgeons learn, how technology supports precision, and how teams perform.

In the United States, our focus is entirely non-clinical. The planned Miami Innovation & Simulation Center is dedicated to education, simulation, R&D and professional collaboration. No consultations, surgery or patient care are offered in the U.S.
